Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the dispatch, transit, and delivery process followed by DITYA NATURAL CARE LLP for orders placed through its authorized channels.


Order Dispatch

All orders are generally dispatched within 72 hours from the date of order, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Dispatch operations are carried out from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Customers will be notified in case of any delay in the dispatch schedule and will be updated on the order status from time to time.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics constraints, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are applicable across all locations within India and will be communicated at the time of order placement or invoicing.


Transit & Tracking

Direct Franchisees and customers are provided with docket or tracking details via SMS or Email once the order is dispatched.

Customers are advised to use the tracking details to monitor shipment progress. Any delivery delays due to logistics or regional conditions shall be communicated wherever possible.
