BUY BACK / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

At M/S DITYA NATURAL CARE LLP (hereinafter referred to as “DITYA”), our mission is to ensure the highest quality standards and complete consumer satisfaction. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a structured Buy Back / Exchange / Refund Policy.

Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided the intention to return is notified within 7 days of receipt by calling +91 98993 51155 or emailing support@dityanaturalcare.com.

The policy applies only to products that are marketable, saleable, unexpired, and accompanied by a valid invoice. Products found to be intentionally damaged or misused shall render the policy void.


Buy Back / Refund Policy

Marketable Condition: Products that are unopened, sealed, unused, and undamaged in any manner.


Exchange Policy

Unopened, unused, and undamaged products may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following:


Damaged or Defective Products

DITYA offers exchange or refund of products strictly in cases where damaged or defective goods are received.

  1. In case a customer receives damaged or defective goods, the same must be reported with a request for exchange or refund within 3 days of receiving the goods. Customers are advised to refuse delivery if the goods are visibly damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
  2. The customer must email clear photographs or video evidence of the damaged or defective goods to support@dityanaturalcare.com to qualify the product as damaged or defective.
  3. The customer must return the goods strictly as per the applicable Buy Back / Exchange / Refund Policy, upon fulfilment of which the exchange or refund process shall be initiated.
  4. The company shall not be responsible for any damage claims where the request is not received within the stipulated time period.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, DITYA will notify the Consumer / Franchise regarding the status of the refund.

Approved refunds shall be processed as per the Buy Back / Refund Policy and remitted either to the bank account provided or the original payment instrument. The mode of refund shall be determined solely by DITYA. No cash refunds shall be made.


Shipping Cost

Shipping costs for returning products shall be borne by the Consumer / Franchise and are non-refundable. In exceptional cases where shipping is paid by DITYA, the same shall be deducted from the refund amount.


Cancellation of Transactions / Orders

Cancellation by DITYA:

DITYA reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to non-availability of products, verification issues, or other reasons. If payment has been processed, the amount shall be refunded through the appropriate payment mode.

Cancellation by Consumer / Franchise:

Orders not yet processed may be cancelled and fully refunded within a reasonable period. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process with applicable shipping costs.


Set-Off of Benefits

Any incentives, benefits, or promotional advantages availed by the Franchise related to a cancelled order may be recovered or set-off against refunds or future payouts.


Notes

  1. Products must be returned to the Head Office personally or by courier, along with a duly filled return form.
  2. Return period is calculated from date of receipt at Consumer / Franchise end to receipt at DITYA premises.
  3. Policy does not apply to literature, videos, or marketing aids not meant for resale.
  4. Original invoice must be produced; returns cannot exceed quantities purchased.
  5. Returned product adjustments shall be processed in the same payout.
  6. Commission and business points shall be adjusted accordingly for returned products.
  7. Returned products shall not be eligible for repurchase returns within 30 days of repurchase.
  8. Additional terms may apply based on product category and shall be communicated via the website or email.
