Product Exchange Policy

DITYA offers exchange of products strictly in cases where customers or direct sellers receive damaged or defective goods. This policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and prompt resolution.


Conditions for Exchange / Refund

  1. If a customer receives damaged or defective goods, the same must be reported with a request for exchange or refund within 3 days from the date of receipt. Customers are advised to refuse delivery if goods appear damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
  2. The customer must email clear photographs or video evidence of the damaged or defective goods to support@dityanaturalcare.com to qualify the goods as damaged/defective.
  3. The goods must be returned strictly as per the applicable Buy Back / Exchange / Refund Policy. Upon fulfillment of all conditions, exchange or refund shall be initiated accordingly.
  4. The company shall not be responsible for any damage claims where the request is not received within the stipulated time period.
